How to recharge your vehicle with the ActivaCharge app?
The first step to being able to recharge electric vehicles with the ActivaCharge appis to download it to a smartphone and create a new user.
Once successfully registered, the user would be able to recharge your vehicle with our ActivaCharge app. If you wish to know which chargers are available If you are close to your location, simply click on the map or click on the list of available chargers. With the filters and the magnifying glass you can further refine your search. This gives you an even more personalised experience.
Once you have located the charger in which you wish to recharge, click on the navigation icon, the shortest route to the chosen charger will be displayed.. It is important to remember that if you are not close enough to the selected charger, the distance in kilometres will be highlighted in red.
Once you have arrived at the parking space and are in front of the charger, you can scan a QR/ NFC code in order to quickly start recharging in the desired charger. You can select either how much charging time limit you need or how much maximum energy. Stopping the charging of the vehicle when one of the two selected limits is met.
Once the recharge is started, the ActivaCharge app will allow the user to know all the details of the recharge in real time.The start and end time, charging power, etc., can also be set.
In addition, The ActivaCharge app allows users to save chargers to their favourites.if they are going to use them on a recurring basis. And if they have any technical problems, they will be able to generate support tickets to solve them.
How to check the availability of chargers in the ActivaCharge app?

In the event that the user has chosen a charger but it is occupied, a blue or orange icon will appear, for which the user can choose a charger. you will be able to check when the recharge is due to finish. Also, with the clock icon in green and you may notify the previous user that you are waiting to reload in the magazine it is occupying.
In this case, it is recommended that the user activates the notifications to find out when the charger is busy, out of service or reserved. Streamlining your experience and making it more convenient, as you will be notified in the ActivaCharge app when the charger is available for use.
