With this aim, McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Málaga relied on Activacar para desarrollar un proyecto integral de instalación de puntos de recarga que permitiera ampliar y mejorar el servicio disponible para sus clientes. El resultado ha sido la instalación de 2 Wallbox Pulsar Pro Socket chargers with MID meters, a solution designed to meet the growing demand for electric vehicle charging.
The challenge: improving the visitor experience
McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Málaga buscaba reforzar su compromiso con la sostenibilidad ofreciendo un servicio de recarga fiable, cómodo y adaptado a las necesidades actuales de sus visitantes.
The project needed to ensure a scalable infrastructure capable of supporting the growing number of electric vehicles and integrating seamlessly into the shopping centre’s daily operations, while minimising disruption during the installation work.
La solución: 32 Wallbox Pulsar Pro y la instalación de puntos de recarga para McArthurGlen
After analysing the project requirements, Activacar designed and installed an infrastructure comprising 2 Wallbox Pulsar Pro Socket chargers with MID meters, a solution that stands out for its connectivity, reliability and ease of management.
Además, realizamos una integración completa con la plataforma EVcharge, permitiendo a los usuarios interactuar mediante códigos QR y tarjetas RFID, y ofreciendo al centro una visión centralizada del uso y balanceo de cargas.
Our team was responsible for the entire process, from technical planning to the installation, configuration and commissioning of the chargers, ensuring an efficient and future-ready solution.
Ejecución en tiempo récord: 32 cargadores instalados en 17 días
La ejecución de una instalación de estas dimensiones requería una planificación milimétrica. Gracias a la eficiencia del diseño de los cargadores Wallbox y a la coordinación técnica de nuestro equipo, la instalación completa se ejecutó en solo 17 días (del 7 al 24 de julio de 2026), asegurando que la actividad del centro comercial no sufriera ningún impacto y cumpliendo estrictamente con los plazos.
