To register in our carsharing service Activacar for your company you need:
1. Fill in the form associated with the carsharing or recharging service you are interested in.
2. Download the app from the link we will send you in the welcome email after confirming your subscription.
3. Register in the application and send us a photo of your ID card and driving licence.
Fill in the registration data, upload the documentation through the application and accept the conditions of service.
4. You will receive an email informing you of your registration, from that moment onwards. Enjoy the sustainable and efficient mobility of our vehicles!
Once we have your personal details and the documentation has been validated, you will receive an email letting you know that you have access to the service. Ready, start using the service from the same day!
To validate that the user who is registering coincides with the holder of the documentation provided.
Once you have provided all the requested registration information, as well as the image of your ID card and driving licence, the account will be verified and activated automatically by the application itself.
Once activated, the user will receive a confirmation email.
From this moment on, the user will be able to access the Activacar app and start using the carsharing service.

No, the registration itself is free of charge for users.
Account
No, this is totally forbidden, the accounts registered in Activacar are personal and non-transferable, in no case, it can be used by another person different from the holder.
Indeed, all information and data provided by users at the time of registration are protected by the LGPD.
Use
Company carsharing: During the company's working hours, or outside working hours if the company so agrees.
Residential Carsharing: No time limit, but the support service will only be operational from 08:00 to 22:00 from Monday to Sunday.
Carsharing hotels: No time limit, but the support service will only be operational from 08:00 to 22:00 from Monday to Sunday.

You can have the vehicle reserved for 15 minutes free of charge, but if you are not going to use it, please cancel so that someone else can have the vehicle.
Yes, no problem. But the payment is made at the moment of confirming the booking. Therefore, if you want to initiate the process of refunding the payment, you will have to contact our support service.
There is no penalty, but in the case of expired bookings we will not agree to refund the booking fee. For having caused another possible booking to be made.
There is no maximum or minimum time limit for the carsharing service.
Yes, all our vehicles have a daily vehicle limit, which varies depending on the model. But the average is 150 kilometres per day.
Through the application, in the booking management screen you can access to start and finish the booking.
If you detect any damage before you start your trip, it is important that you report it through the app in the section provided for this purpose, and also communicate it if possible to the support department.
On the instrument panel, there is a range indicator for electric range and combined range.
In the event of an accident, if there are health implications, the most important thing to do is to call 112 and follow their instructions, put on the waistcoat you will find in the glove box and, if necessary, mark the area with the emergency triangles. You should also call the insurance number if the car is not able to continue driving, this number can be found in the glove box of the car and in the vehicle information within the app. After this call the Support Service to report it.
- Make sure the vehicle is in the Activacar parking space.
- Check that doors and windows are properly closed.
- Switch off the engine by pressing the star/stop button.

The vehicle must remain in the Activacar parking space.
Yes, as long as the user makes sure to park correctly and pay the cost of parking time out of pocket.
Yes, as long as you respect the rules of the road and bring your own child seat.
Yes, but make sure you park correctly. In the event of any type of sanction or fine for misuse of the vehicle, the sanction will be applied to the user responsible.
The most common is that the user who uses the vehicle after you has noticed this and put it in the boot. In any case, you can contact Customer Services and we will help you as much as we can to find it.
No, smoking inside the vehicle is strictly forbidden.
The best thing to do in these cases is to uninstall and reinstall the application if the vehicle is not in use. In case it is, contact the support service.
Most vehicles will have chargers with different connections, so you can charge your mobile and finish your journey. Remember that you must have a battery in your mobile phone to finish the service and if you don't, you can call the Support Service.

Vehicle

Once the car is unlocked via the app, the user can find a "start/stop" button which can be used to start the vehicle.
Go to any public charger and leave the vehicle plugged into the charging point, make sure that everything is done correctly and that both the hose and the connector do not suffer any problems. In addition, whenever you finalise your booking, you must charge them in the Activacar car park.

Insurance

Plan Moves
- Bank account. In order to receive the subsidy, an account number must be provided, which must be registered in the REGISTER OF THIRD PARTY ACCOUNTS OF THE TREASURY GENERAL OF THE JUNTA DE ANDALUCIA
- Registration. You must be registered in Andalusia at the time of applying for the subsidy and the location of the charger must also be in Andalusia.
- Consent for data consultation. If you do not consent to the Administration automatically consulting your identity and residence data, you must inform us and provide your ID card and census certificate. If you do not tell us anything when you send us the documentation, it will be automatically marked on the application form that you consent to the consultation of data.
- Certificate of Census Situation. To obtain the subsidy you must prove that your tax domicile is in Spain. To do this you can download the certificate from the following link: https://www.agenciatributaria.gob.es/AEAT.sede/procedimientoini/G313.shtml
- Accepted quotation. In order to process the application you must have signed and accepted the quotation.
- Declaration of Responsibility for the Work. For the Moves II, and as indicated in the Royal Decree-Law 29/2021, of 21 December December, for the installation of recharging points with a capacity of less than 250 kW, the competent public administrations may not require the obtaining of a licence or prior authorisation for works, except in buildings of historical-artistic heritage with the category of property of cultural interest, but they do require the aid applicant to present the Responsible Declaration of Works of a small entity and the payment of the corresponding fees at the town hall of the municipality where the charger is installed. All this documentation will be required in the phase of justification of the aid if it is granted by means of a positive decision. In addition to the Declaración Responsable de Obra also accept for the justification of the aid, if the municipality manages it, a building permit exemption document issued by the municipality or a Resolution of no need for a building permit.To request this Declaration of Responsibility or Licence Exemption Document, you must go to the town hall of the municipality where the charger is installed and consult how to obtain this document, as each town hall has its own specific procedure.
- Payment of the grant. No deduction will be made from the invoice, the invoice will be paid in full and subsequently, if the grant is awarded, it will be paid in full and directly to the beneficiary.
- File consultation. As a beneficiary you will be able to access your file to find out the status of your application. To register as a user, you must use the same e-mail address that you have given us to process your application. More information.
- Aid procedure.
The Andalusian Energy Agency (Junta de Andalucía) sets the response and resolution and payment times and during the process the Administration may require as many corrections as it deems appropriate to the data and documents provided and these corrections will be notified to the applicant and to Activacar, not activating the period of correction until Activacar opens the notification.

3. Bank account number and bank to which it belongs and into which the aid will be paid if accepted. The aid applicant must be the account holder (he/she cannot be authorised). In order to receive the aid, if granted, this account number must be registered in the REGISTER OF THIRD PARTY ACCOUNTS OF THE TREASURY GENERAL OF THE JUNTA DE ANDALUCIA (see below for how to register if you have not already done so).

4-Enter the date of validity or any other information on the NIE/DNI that you are asked for (this information is included in the DNI).

7-You can download the App to obtain the PIN, but if you have not downloaded it, wait for a while (approximately 1 minute) until you click on the option "Request PIN by SMS" and they will send an SMS to the mobile number with a code to be entered in the "PIN" box.
8-Put in the "PIN" box the code that has been sent to the mobile phone by SMS and click on "Access".
9-Click on validate application
