How to reserve an Activacar vehicle?
We are your 100% electric mobility services providers.
You can use our carsharing service for your trips and visit the most emblematic places in Andalusia, but in a sustainable way.
To access the service:
1º Fill in the following form to subscribe to Activacar.
2º You will receive an email to confirm your subscription and the instructions to access the service (Check the spam or junk mail tray).
3º Download the application, fill in your data and upload your DNI and driving license.
4º Enjoy your 100% electric vehicle from Activacar.
Important Service Notices:
- Do you have questions about the service? Check the User Manual.
- In case of any problem, check the FAQ guide in the glove box.
- Totally forbidden to park in underground car parks and next to police stations.
- Make sure you plug the car into the charger before finalizing your reservation. And check that it is charging.
- We assist you for whatever you want in our support service from Monday to Sunday from 08:00 to 22:00. By Whatsapp or by phone (+34 606 503 025).

¿Cómo reservar un vehículo de Activacar?
Somos tus proveedores de servicios de movilidad 100% eléctrica.
Podrás utilizar nuestro servicio de carsharing para tus desplazamientos y visitar los lugares más emblemáticos de Andalucía, pero de forma sostenible.
Además, una vez que te hayas registrado, en el email de bienvenida recibirás la información para acceder a nuestro bono de bienvenida con media hora totalmente gratis para ti.

Para acceder al servicio:
1º Rellena el siguiente formulario para suscribirte a Activacar.
2º Recibirás un email para confirmar tu suscripción y las instrucciones para acceder al servicio (Revisa la bandeja de Spam o correo no deseado).
3º Descarga la aplicación, rellena tus datos y sube tu DNI y Carnet de conducir.
4º Disfruta de tu vehículo 100% eléctrico de Activacar.
Avisos importantes del servicio:
- ¿Tienes dudas sobre el servicio? Accede al Manual de Usuario.
- Ante cualquier problema, revisa el documento de preguntas frecuentes en la guantera del vehículo.
- Está totalmente prohíbido aparcar en parkings subterráneos y junto a comisarías de policía.
- Asegúrate de dejar el coche cargando antes de finalizar tu reserva.
- Te atendemos para lo que quieras en nuestro servicio de soporte de lunes a domingo de 08:00 a 22:00. Por Whatsapp o llamada telefónica (+34 606 50 30 25).
